About the Car
The G40 completes the Ginetta ladder of motorsport from 14 year of age through to 24 hours of Le Mans (via Ginetta G40, Ginetta G50, Ginetta G50Z, Ginetta-Zytek LMP2 and Ginetta-Zytek LMP1). This is something no other car manufacturer is able to do.
The Ginetta G40 has been designed as a road car with appropriate shut lines and internal waterproofing. Many components carry over from the G50 including some market welcomed design features and a focus on affordability and safety.
The proposed launch pad of G40 we intend to be the 2010 Ginetta Junior Championship. The profile this package offers and the potential exposure of the car mean it's an ideal proving ground and exhibition arena for the product.
